Refund policy

Return labels will be emailed for return or exchange upon request at info@letswhileonearth.com. Return shipping is free. Our 14 day return policy starts the day you receive the item to your delivery address (not upon order date) tracked by the shipping tracking number. Please ship out your return within 3 days of receiving your return label. Once we receive the items in store we will issue a refund after confirming the merchandise is in its original condition with tags attached.  All discounted sales, discount codes, sale items, special orders, hats and undergarments are final sale.
