Shipping policy

We normally ship out goods within 48 hours of when the order is received. We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed,  or undamaged full price merchandise with original tags attached for a full refund within 14 days of when you receive your merchandise. All discounted sales, sales where a coupon codes is used, sale items, hats and undergarments are final sale. 

While on Earth offers free ground shipping on orders $150+ within the US. Free Return labels will be emailed for return or exchange upon request at info@letswhileonearth.com.  Any shipping costs paid for any initial shipping are non-refundable. Special orders, hats, undergarments and sale items are final sale.
